No doubt the world of nutrition is confusing.  It is easy to get overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice out there.  That's why healthy eating is a foundational piece of what we do at our clinic.  We use only evidence based strategies to guide you on this path and work with you throughout.  From simple things as teaching you which foods to avoid, to helping you realize the immense variety of foods you can still eat, our dietitians make eating healthy easy and fun.

Some Simple Steps We Help You Take


  • Reduce your portion size
  • Emphasize a plant-based diet
  • Cut down on sugars
  • Reduce sodium content in foods
  • Make at least half your plate fruits and vegetables
  • Make at least half the grains you eat whole grains
  • Switch to fat-free or low-fat foods, avoiding solid fats
  • Choose a variety of lean protein foods preferably plant-based
  • Replace sugary drinks with water or flavored water
  • Eat healthy snacks
